Joe was convicted of a murder-for-hire plot that never happened — based on the testimony of a known liar, conman, and drug trafficker named Jeff Lowe, and a supposed hitman named Allen Glover who now admits under oath that Joe never asked him to kill anybody. Let’s repeat that louder for the people in the back: THE HITMAN SAYS JOE NEVER HIRED HIM.
Why is this man still behind bars?
Since Joe’s conviction in 2019, multiple key witnesses have come forward and admitted they lied, including:
- Allen Glover, who now says he was coached by federal agents and pushed by Jeff Lowe to lie on the stand.
- James Garretson, the so-called “whistleblower,” was a federal informant and serial perjurer whose own business dealings are as slimy as the swamp he slithered out of.
- Other ex-employees and friends of Joe have signed sworn affidavits admitting that the government cherry-picked testimony and withheld exculpatory evidence.

This is a guy who LOVES his animals. His animals are his life. Why would he ever mistreat them?
Even the Court of Appeals admitted his sentence was excessive and sent it back for re-sentencing. But they didn’t fix the problem — they just shaved a few years off and pretended that was justice.
