Here are the goings-on for the first full swing of March 2026, when winter starts losing its grip and the Naked City gets back to doing what it does best after dark. Midtown has its featured names, Brooklyn has its private-room curriculum, the Lower East Side has its after-dark stagecraft, and Jersey City is doing what Jersey City does best, which is keep the party moving on schedule whether you deserve it or not. In other words, the month is officially open for business.
Strip Joints & Gentlemen’s Clubs
Great week ahead, with the Sapphire clubs making the rounds again as Jennifer White hits Sapphire Times Square on Thu. 3/12, followed by Karter Foxx at Sapphire 60 on Fri. 3/13, and Suki Sin at Sapphire 39 on Sat. 3/14. Rick’s public event page, meanwhile, doesn’t show a fresh dated event inside this seven-day window, so this week belongs to the Sapphire relay.
Private Adult Sex Clubs & Play-Party Communities
Hacienda has at least one clearly surfaced public item in the window, with After Dark Late Night Date Atmosphere on Fri 3/13, followed by Lucky In Lust afternoon St. Patrick’s Day party on Sun 3/15. House of Yes has Midnight Rave with Philou, Alice Iguchi, Ksenyeah, Manguito, Laura Lynn, and OBA+FLIP on Fri 3/13, followed by Glitterbox with The Shapeshifters, Aline Rocha and L3NI on Sat 3/14.
Adult-Themed Attractions & Erotic-Leaning Culture
Over at the Museum of Sex, the current exhibitions “Utopia: Three Centuries of Sexuality in American Cults and Communes” and “Artifact (XXX): Selections From Secret Locations“ and more, continue this week, alongside the museum’s permanent Super Funland erotic carnival installation.
LGBTQ Clubs, Bars & Drag Venues
The Slipper Room is carrying the torch this week with Guest Event: Stage Time on Mon. 3/9, The Glitter Gutter!!! on Wed. 3/11, Guest Event: Hotsy-Totsy Tribute to A24! on Thu. 3/12, The Slipper Room Show! followed by The Slipper Room Mignight Show on Fri. 3/13, Mr. Choade’s Upstairs Downstairs on Sat. 3/14, and Slippery Sundays on Sun. 3/15. That is a full seven-day runway of burlesque, cabaret, comedy and cultivated bad decisions, which is more than enough to keep this category from getting lonely.
Pieces continues its standing weekly lineup of drag shows and drink specials. Across the river, Six26 remains the most neatly posted operation in the bunch, with its weekly rotation intact: Taco Tuesday, Karaoke Wednesday, Latinx Thursday, late-night drag on Friday, Drag Brunch on Saturday, and Industry Sunday, with the club’s drag page noting the Friday show begins in the 10 p.m. hour and Saturday brunch runs 2 to 4 p.m
